Xandr is seeking a bright, highly motivated and skilled Solutions Consultant (Singapore based) to develop our engagement with clients of Xandr Monetize SSP Platform across Asia. The Solutions Consultant (SC) is responsible for working with our clients to retain and grow their businesses through identifying and solving problems to ultimately make their business successful. SCs develop a deep understanding of the Xandr platform, provide business consultation, cultivate client relationships, identify business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue by delivering against client and Xandr business objectives.
The successful candidate is able to independently operate across a range of disciplines both identifying strategic development opportunities and solving technical challenges in order to guide the client in the ever-changing and highly complex world of digital advertising.

Our focus is building our clients’ businesses through leading-edge technology solutions, intuitive and effective ad serving tools, and strategic business consulting. We cover the gamut of developing new opportunities through to nurturing existing client relationships with a wide range of publishers and advertisers to help them to manage and grow their digital advertising business. We’re passionate about expanding the Xandr business into new markets and growing and developing teams. Our team is seeking innovative, passionate, and collaborative people who can cultivate strong client relationships, meet sales quotas, identify strategic partnership opportunities and foster awareness of our products.
About the job
- Become a Xandr product expert, and share that expertise enthusiastically with our customers in Asia
- Implement our latest product offerings with customers
- Leads clients through scoping, requirements definition and execution of projects
- Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Analyze publisher or buyer performance to offer recommendations or design solutions for improvement
- Support sales initiatives and processes which may include RFP/RFI responses, pitches, solutions scoping and running demos
- Help build our Services presence in Asia, developing best practices, customer facing assets, and internal resources
Advanced Degree in a quantitative field and solid professional experience in a business analyst, systems integration, solutions consulting, technical product/project management, solutions architect, technical services or a similar role; experience in ad-tech is preferred, but not required.
Experience working for / with publishers and / or broadcasters in Asia preferred
Demonstrable passion for learning solutions including, online media selling, SSP business models and platforms
Passionate about working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Outstanding communication, presentation and organizational skills; process-oriented, yet entrepreneurial
Beneficial tech skills (if you don't have all of them, you can learn them at Xandr):
SQL scripting and relational databases
APIs, particularly RESTful is helpful
