Responsible for managing sales operations projects that support the sales organization.
Steer changes to policies, establishes procedures and provides direction and communication to the regional sales organizations in support of initiatives supporting business unit objectives. Direct product, sales process or operational changes in support of sales organization. Responsible for managing multiple sub functions to include program execution, sales planning, performance reporting, budgeting and sales compensation.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Typically 5 or more years sales operations experience.
