The Job

The Xandr Strategy team is seeking a Senior Manager to join our dynamic, high-energy team. The group’s mission is to enable the effective definition, orchestration, and execution of the company’s strategy. The team supports the creation of the company’s long-term vision and annual priorities, partners with leaders across the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment, and ensures communication and implementation of the company’s strategy. The team also serves as Xandr’s internal consulting arm, solving key challenges across the business.

The Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy will partner with leaders across the organization to identify and assess growth opportunities for the business, with a focus on commercial and go-to-market related efforts. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment of commercial strategies to Xandr’s broader mission and vision, developing materials supporting near-term strategic commercial initiatives, and building executive-facing presentations. The individual will also work closely with marketing and communications leaders to ensure the effective positioning and communication of Xandr’s strategy.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the ad tech industry that includes hands-on experience with prior sales and/or strategy groups. Being well versed in executive presentation, sales data analysis, persuasive written and visual story-telling, and the ability to coordinate across various functional teams are all desired skills.

You Will

  • Work closely with domestic and international commercial leaders to solve problems and develop strategic recommendations to drive growth of new and existing business
  • Manage strategic projects from inception to execution including development of project objectives, scope, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Support development of investment business cases including financial modeling in partnership with Finance team
  • Support the annual strategic planning process to deliver a company-wide vision, strategy, and supporting metrics / KPIs
  • Partner with Xandr’s marketing & internal communications teams to ensure the successful socialization and communication of Xandr’s strategic priorities and other strategic projects
  • Create presentation materials and ad-hoc analyses based on the needs of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
  • Build trusted relationships across the various Xandr teams, organizations, and partners
  • Demonstrate confidence and poise in presenting analyses and recommendations to senior management

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree, pre-MBA candidates preferred
  • 4-7 years relevant industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Established credibility with upper management, experience with sales executives preferred
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results by working independently on multiple complex projects at once
