The Job

Xandr is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support the strategy and execution of our Global Partnerships team, supporting marketing initiatives for our strategic, third-party DSP partners. This person will play a critical role in building relationships with key partners, strengthening our communications, and ultimately driving revenue and market share to our strategic selling platform, Xandr Monetize. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, experience with leading marketing programs to support sales initiatives, and expertise in cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

You Will

  • Support the development and execution of the Global DSP Partnerships marketing strategy and ensure that programs are strategically aligned and impeccably executed globally
  • Collaborate with the Global DSP Partnerships commercial team and Product Marketing to better understand the nuances of our DSP partners’ needs and create messaging to effectively communicate our business value to them 
  • Lead and oversee the development of go-to-market resources and initiatives, including client communications, thought leadership, events, client presentations, and more
  • Identify success metrics and KPIs for marketing programs and implement regular reporting
  • Identify new opportunities and process improvements, and incorporate those learnings into the global strategy
  • Build the process as we go: break new ground and find new ways of working as we scale the organization

You Have

  • 5 - 7 years of digital advertising experience in a sales marketing or product marketing role
  • Proven experience building relationships across teams and demonstrating cross-functional leadership
  • Ability to create customer-facing programs and deliverables that promote our offerings across audiences and channels
  • Experience working in innovative, fast-paced companies and across rapidly evolving industries
