Represent clients internally to technical, marketing, services, and sales groups, ensuring a well- integrated and holistic approach to addressing market issues and delivering dynamic and fit-for-purpose solutions that align with company strategy and drive growth in revenue and profit.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads a capability or product area. Owns full product cycle, including feature launches, GTM efforts, and user adoption KPIs. Mentors junior team members. Contributes to product group strategy and plan development. Defines roadmap for product scope that aligns with company strategy. Evaluates and synthesizes customer and market data impact on product area strategy, supported with a variety of analyses. Contributes to key components of revenue forecast; translates forecast assumptions into executable plans. Identifies and documents cross functional dependencies for strategy achievement. Proactively collects and identifies competitive and market information relevant for adjusting strategy within a product area. Owns development throughout full product lifecycle, including: proof-of-concept, alpha, beta, general availability, and deprecation. Communicates development plans through all functions and levels of the organization. Partners closely with an engineering tech lead and UX lead, acting as a unified leadership team. Manages in-market product area performance versus goals and KPIs, and identifies potential changes to KPIs based on evolving market conditions. Proactively identifies opportunities to increase business performance and develops proposed action plans to address opportunities. Monitors internal and customer-related questions, issues, and feedback, recommending targeted communication or taking action as appropriate. Possesses understanding of a capability's competitive landscape, including competitive offers, positioning and value drivers. Uses diplomacy to evaluate and resolve more complex technical and operational issues. Possesses in-depth understanding of our platform architecture and all dependencies related to owned product areas.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience.
