Xandr seeks a Marketing Operations Coordinator to joint the go-to-market team. The team member will support multiple members of the Xandr Marketing + Communications leadership team.

This position is responsible for:
-- Performing a number of administrative and coordination duties for multiple
members of the leadership team.
-- Scheduling meetings and appointments, planning events, and making complex
travel arrangements.
-- Generating documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports using a
variety of computer software.
-- Prioritizing assignments and tasks under general direction and performing a
variety of administrative duties such as processing bills and expenses, ordering
office supplies, and performing various office management duties.
-- Coordinating requests for workspace, service, and office equipment.
-- Managing on-boarding of new hires on rapidly expanding team, handling HR
and IT services for AdWorks group, and ensuring office runs smoothly.
-- Providing guidance to others in the organization regarding administrative
practices.
-- Safeguarding sensitive, confidential and proprietary information.

Qualifications

-- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in media, marketing, advertising, business, or a
related field.
-- Administrative and office management experience working within a corporate
setting.
-- Outstanding presentation and communication skills via written and verbal
delivery.
-- Experience in managing cross-platform functional efforts and ability to succeed
in a cross functional team environment.
