Product Operations Manager

Xandr is looking for Product Operations Manager to join our growing organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with product leadership to drive success for their teams. As a Product Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in driving world-class product commercialization, as well as managing and executing projects across the organization. This is a high profile and demanding role that requires a combination of keen analytical and cogent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale and complex commercialization program delivery with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and go-to-market motions.

About the team:

The Xandr Product team leads Xandr and our clients in achieving strategic outcomes by guiding the strategy, planning, commercialization and management of our product and marketplace offerings. The Product Operations team partners with Product leaders, senior executives, and go-to-market teams to launch new products to market, drive strategic planning and decision-making, and monitor the on-going health of the product lines. We tackle tough operational problems, deliver insights to drive decision-making, identify impediments to scaling, and drive continuous process improvement. Serving as the critical bridge between our technology and our business, we touch nearly every part of the organization - from our Sales and Services teams to Engineering and Marketing.

About the job:

Support the planning and execution of strategic Product objectives:

• Partner with Product leaders to actively monitor the health of product lines and drive manage-in-market improvements

• Identify and address gaps in current operational and planning processes

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive business insights, decision making, and actions

• Report on success and challenges and share with multiple levels of the organization

• Work with Product leaders and key stakeholders to define commercialization efforts, including: scope, goals and objectives, deliverables, milestones and activities, resource plans, budgets, timing and risks

• Decompose work efforts into phases, activities and tasks to estimate the level of effort and to develop and maintain project plans that include: deliverables, activities and critical dependencies to complete the project

• Secure alignment from numerous cross-functional partners

• Operationalize the planning and execution efforts for multiple go-to-market teams to bring them to fruition


About your skills and experience:

• BA/BS degree; advanced degree or MBA a plus
• 4+ years of post-university experience in a role with relevant experience
• 2+ years in consulting or investment banking ideally with experience interfacing with executive stakeholders preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in managing major cross-functional projects or initiatives that touch multiple VP or C-Level business partners
• Comfortable with presenting to and facilitating discussion with senior business leaders and skilled at building consensus cross-functionally
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
• Expertise in visually telling a story with data to secure alignment with cross-functional partners and experience with CRM and client revenue/spend data analysis a plus.
• Experience in commercializing new products in market and supporting the coordination of cross-functional needs
• Strong “ownership” mentality and a bias for action
• Experience working in a technology environment and experience working with diverse systems and datasets
