Manager, Commercial Marketing

New York, New York


Xandr is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the strategy and execution of our Marketplace Development initiatives, supporting Xandr’s position as the leading global marketplace for premium video & CTV advertising. This person will play a critical role in crafting the narrative and driving connections between buyers and sellers. This role requires a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, experience with driving marketing programs to support sales initiatives, and familiarity with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.


  • Support the development and execution of the Xandr marketplace strategy and ensure that marketing programs are strategically aligned and impeccably executed across the globe
  • Build market-maker programs that showcase Xandr as a leader in the video/CTV space and attract demand to supply on the Xandr platform in order to support revenue and awareness goals
  • Lead and oversee the development of go-to-market materials and communications, including pitch decks and keynotes, thought leadership bylines, client newsletters, webinars, one-sheeters and more
  • Collaborate across commercial teams to better understand our clients’ needs and how to effectively spotlight supply and create value for them
  • Develop actionable market insights, including performing competitive analyses, identifying industry trends and building relevant customer segments
  • Identify success metrics and KPIs for marketing programs and implement regular reporting
  • Proactively research and identify new opportunities and process improvements, and incorporate those learnings into the global strategy
  • Build the process as we go: break new ground and find new ways of working as we scale the organization

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • 3 -5 years of programmatic advertising experience, preferably in a sales marketing, product marketing or other relevant commercial support role
  • Proven experience building relationships across teams and demonstrating cross-functional leadership
  • Ability to create customer-facing programs and deliverables that promote our offerings across a variety of audiences and channels
  • Experience working in innovative, fast-paced companies and across rapidly evolving industries
