The Xandr Lead Solutions Consultant for the SSP is responsible for understanding our clients’ goals and challenges, and providing technical solutions via a consultative approach. This is done by engaging with our most strategic tier of publisher clients as well as working closely with Xandr products in all stages of development. There is a large focus on CTV, Video, Identity, Ad Server, and more.


About the team:
The broader Customer Success team is a critical function inside our North America Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, providing the right services and advisory teams across the entirety of the customer lifecycle on both the Buyside and Sellside.

Solutions Consultants are the largest team inside Customer Success; we are a diverse group of problem solvers with boundless technical curiosity. We work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Product Support, and Engineering. We build trusted client partnerships that produce mutual wins through spirited collaboration, intrinsic empathy, and a readiness to challenge the status quo. About the job:

  • Become the Sellside product and domain expert, helping the team increase their knowledge/skillsets along the way
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for our top tier publishers (mainly CTV), providing technical expertise and solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation/inventory activation to performance optimization and troubleshooting
  • Deeply understand our clients’ business; lead technical scoping with ability to transfer learnings into technical requirement definition and specifications
  • Review and test client integrations regularly in order to optimize; analyze yield and monetization performance and offer recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering in the GTM process for product launches by testing new products and features, aggregating client feedback and influencing product development
  • Become trusted advisor internally & externally by developing deep technical understanding of Xandr products and staying on top of industry and technology trends
  • Assist in mentorship and training of more junior Solutions Consultants
  • Support Account Management in Business Reviews and Account Planning, identifying areas to grow the partnership with our clients
  • Help build the Solutions Consulting practice, including developing best practices, customer facing assets, and internal documentation

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of work experience in a Solutions Consultant or Technical Account Management role with client-facing and advisory experience
  • Programmatic experience preferred (SSP, DSP, RTB, Ad servers, Video players, Header Bidding, PMPs & Programmatic Guaranteed, etc.)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written), presentation, and organizational skills; process-oriented yet entrepreneurial
  • Proactive approach; confidence to handle whatever may come
  • Can interface with both technical and business POC internally and externally at both executive and operational levels
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple, simultaneous projects/tasks
  • Proficiency with data analysis and manipulation in Excel
  • Proficiency in MySQL, APIs, and Python
