HR Business Partner

This role acts as a deputy to our Senior HR Director and partners with the ELT members based in New York and therefore must be comfortable operating at strategic level with very senior stakeholders.

Supports the development, implementation, administration and operation of various HR programs, practices and procedures. Addresses employee questions and concerns regarding policies and programs. Works closely with HR department and the business to develop and execute on HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Coaches and advises leadership and employees on corporate HR policies and practices.

Collaborates with client groups on key aspects of HR and organization strategy.

Leads significant enterprise-level and complex HR projects and processes.

Supports and/or leads significant components of acquisition integration activity (i.e. may manage one or more HR work stream).

Ensures that service delivery is efficient, cost effective and supportive of business objectives.

Identifies and deals with significant people and organization issues providing guidance and counsel to management.

Collaborates across HR Operations to develop solutions to meet emerging talent and organization requirements.

Assesses business situations and develops strategies to improve People and organizational performance.

Proactively designs service delivery and implementation strategies.

Works at a senior level to identify and collaboratively resolve People and related service delivery, transactional and other issues.

Personally engages with VP and ELT level leadership to assess and recommend strategies to address critical People management issues

This role may require some travel to Europe and Latin America.


The candidate will demonstrate expert knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices and possesses authoritative knowledge of Talent Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits, Job Evaluation and Organisational change principles.

SHRM qualified
Degree level or equivalent level experience
