The Job

The Account Manager will serve as a supporting role to the Enterprise Sales/Account Management Team. Our Account Manager’s help drive revenue, provide business support and help support our senior Account Directors in cultivating high level executive relationships with our customers, and providing them the best service we can offer. The primary goal of this role is to provide our publisher customers with a quicker, more efficient and effective account support, whilst streamlining learnings across the entire Enterprise Team. In this role, we are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual, with a skill for multi-tasking and a zest for knowledge.

The Team

The Enterprise Account Management team is a highly revenue-driven, result oriented sales team that manages our most strategic publisher accounts. Our focus is to help our publisher clients to maximize the full potential of their inventory capabilities through our cutting-edge technology solutions, strategic business consulting and positioning ourselves as strong thought leaders in the industry. The team is very focused on fostering and growing our publisher client relationships to help them meet their commercial objectives, as well as ours and become a valuable partner to them, as our partnerships expand.

You Will

  • Support the Publisher Accounts Team in handling day-to-day external business requests, ensuring quick and efficient response to clients
  • Assist in data collaboration for client QBR’s and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in assessing and executing on various revenue driving projects and opportunities, across a diverse book of publisher accounts
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools, to ensure that all account information is accurate and up to date and ready for on-the-go revenue reporting
  • Provide support in tracking, resolving and/or escalating client issues, while communicating updates and managing expectations both internally and externally
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions, to foster growth and learning in best practices of revenue driving initiatives across our publisher accounts
  • Serve as internal cross-functional liaison for enabling our customers with top class support and account management

You Have

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2-3 years of relevant job experience; work in SaaS and/or AdTech a plus
    capable of gaining a deep understanding of technology enabled advertising
  • Proven ability to derive and effectively communicate insights from analyzing data
  • Ability to multi-task and work on deadline driven projects
