Solution Consultant

Independently leads small to mid-size client projects for Xandr’s most complex and strategic buy-side clients

Proactively engages with customers (internal and external) to understand objectives and issues

Leads clients through scoping, requirements definition and execution of projects

Applies deep organizational knowledge to expedite resolution of issues by partnering functions incl. Sales/Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal and other Services stakeholders (incl. Product Support)

Trains customers/clients on new features. Designs custom training for our strategic clients. Can adapt the way a concept is articulated depending on the audience

May act as Product Services Lead for the rollout of new products or features in alpha or beta, being the liaison between Product and our client

Understands Xandr product, the architecture of our API and DBs, our service offerings, and strengths and weaknesses of all of the above

Support sales initiatives and processes which may include RFP/RFI responses, pitches, solutions scoping and running bespoke demos


Must have:

Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details

Passionate about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Outstanding communication, presentation and organizational skills; process-oriented, yet entrepreneurial

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science, Technology or Engineering field

Proficiency with data analysis and manipulation in Excel and a demonstrable passion for learning new technologies including digital media buying, MySQL, APIs or Python

Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings


Deep knowledge of digital media buying and/or hands-on experience using programmatic buying platforms

Experience with SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI and/or other data mining/analysis tools. Ability to analyse and draw insights from very large data sets and tell a story with data to business stakeholders
