This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced HRBP
to join the team managing two HRBPs reporting to the International HR Director
and operating across over 17 justification in a truly global mandate.
Lead the HRBP team and deputise for the HR Director, the role holder will apply well developed HR and People strategies to business leaders in EMEA JAPAC & LATAM.
Experience in talent and career development, organisational design, performance management, team leadership and business partnering the role holder will be an excellent manager and partner with execs and senior managers to create solutions for people orientated business needs.
Significant experience in a changing business where fast delivery is coupled with expertise and a sense for pausing when needed.
The role holder will operate at strategic and tactical level switching from one to the other quickly and seamlessly.
The role holder may have a traditional HR background but may want to broaden their reach and gain greater international experience.
