Xandr is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, GTM and Commercial Enablement to join the International Marketing team based in London, Paris or Hamburg. Within this role you will be responsible for supporting our go to market teams, by ensuring key product and solution messaging and narratives are localised to reflect the respective markets. You will oversee sales enablement support for localised use cases, and regional solutions, as well as supporting international colleagues with GTM activation across; client communications and campaigns, pitches, RFPs and engagement, and localisation of our global product marketing messaging and materials.

The Senior Marketing Manager, GTM and Commercial Enablement will work with local market teams to understand customer needs and regional market trends, and adapt product and other GTM marketing materials and messaging to help meet the unique marketing needs of our international clients. You will support the international marketing team with GTM activation and tactics from awareness to consideration, and work very closely with local sales teams, as a strategic marketer for Europe. You will be required to build strong relationships with stakeholders from across the business; understand differing viewpoints and needs of each, in order to provide strategic inputs in messaging and marketing deliverables. 
Responsibilities Include:
•    Gather market intelligence from international colleagues and customers, and incorporate into strong market narratives and marketing activations
•    Drive adoption with compelling regionalised positioning and key selling points that differentiate our products in the market
•    Turn value propositions into effective sales enablement materials including pitch decks, talking points/FAQs, case studies, one-sheets, etc.
•    Develop go-to-market plans in support of platform solutions and features unique to international markets, and lead cross-functional initiatives to support commercialisation
•    Be the regional product and market expert for International Marketing teams by providing strategic input on press releases, by-lines, webinars, speakerships, and other marketing activations
•    Scale marketing activation across Europe and support on the entire customer journey from awareness to consideration all the way to advocacy.  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
•    Solid professional experience with a minimum 2 years in the advertising technology industry. Product marketing experience, or experience of partnering with product teams would be beneficial. 
•    Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and emerging technologies 
•    Experience evaluating products, engaging with customers and analysing market dynamics to drive product and marketing strategy
•    Superb project management skills to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously and independently drive outcomes
•    Excellent presentation and communication skills to be able to convey complex technical capabilities in an easily understandable way
•    Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns
•    Proven consultative approach to solving problems and addressing new opportunities and a laser-sharp customer focus
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and exciting, but at times, ambiguous environment
•    Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
