As an Analyst – Sales Support/Planning your responsibilities will include cross functional sales support role under the Operations & Services group.
Responsibilities may include generating proposals upon receiving Linear, Data-Driven Linear, Addressable, and Cross-Screen product RFPs, order entry and stewardship maintenance of accounts, spend tracking & analysis, and adhering to department Planning & Pricing policies.
Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients and agencies for inventory clearance updates, campaign flighting, brand allocations, scheduling Audience Deficiency Units (ADU) and resolving client inventory or delivery questions. This role works closely with the Senior Analyst and assigned Account Executive(s), supporting them with key sales materials, ad-hoc client requests, and potential to support agency presentations upon Sales team discretion. Ad Sales coordinator will work cross functionally with Finance for billing adjustments, with Business Analytics for campaign front end and backend set up, with Inventory and Traffic, as well as a number of other internal teams.
Experience: 1 year sales support experience preferred
