Overall Purpose: Represent Xandr products, services, and capabilities to clients and potential clients. Represent clients internally to technical, marketing, services, and sales groups, ensuring a well- integrated and holistic approach to addressing market issues and delivering dynamic and fit-for-purpose solutions that align with company strategy and drive growth in revenue and profit.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for development and management of multiple, complex feature sets across an owned roadmap. Owns some GTM efforts, such as managing a product beta phase. Expected to make sound decisions on features and roadmap and has measurable impact to customers within product scope. Ensures the roadmap for product area is based on a clear understanding of competitive landscape and is based on strategic thinking about what Xandr's value proposition is in that area relative to other offerings. Supports customer and market research for strategy development. Able to articulate dependencies that exist with cross-functional partners to achieve strategy. Partners effectively with engineering tech leads, UX leads, and other partners to facilitate coordination across teams. Analyzes business problems and facilitates work stream and related project activity. Supports efforts to communicate with and provide training to internal and customer-facing stakeholders. Able to articulate strategy, objectives, and plans internally, across their own product group as well as adjacent product groups. Has solid technical knowledge of owned features as well as tangential features and dependencies with the rest of our platform. Trains Services and Escalation SMEs on product details. Leads meetings and discussions in an effective and efficient manner.
This role will support new product development, innovation product development and addressable workstreams. This role will drive product ideation, strategy, design, development, execution and launch. The focus will be to manage from the product side the following: Xandr's data vendor business/strategy, relationships with our MVPD partners, and the addressable product by ensuring all documentation, development timelines and deadlines are adhered too. Manage workflows and synchronization of development between
factories and outside parties to ensure product readiness.
- Bachelors degree
- Desired 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Development and/or Product Management, preferably with Advertising or Marketing focus
- Product certifications a plus
Knowledge in the addressable space, as well as an understanding of data / identity graphs is a plus
